Equipment Info: The finalized equipment list will be posted in the Zoom class notes approximately 30 minutes before class starts. We recommend having general LEKFIT equipment ready—such as a rebounder, dumbbells, ankle weights, balance ball, bands, and a mat.
Timing: The live class may occasionally start or end a few minutes late, so please plan for up to a 15-minute buffer. We typically open the Zoom room 15 minutes early, so feel free to join early, get settled, and hang out with fellow participants.
