Our BOLD concept is designed to rival any spinning, boxing or running workout by combining the best of all cardio workouts with the added benefits of the rebounder PLUS core and arm sets. Enjoy 45 minutes of musically driven, heart pumping, sweat dripping cardio performed with the LEKFIT rebounder for zero impact and full-body activation.

30 MINUTE CARDIO + TONE
Seeking a quickie? This is your class! Get in and get it done with a 30 minute rebounder cardio BLAST! session. LEKFIT BLAST! provides heart pumping rebounder cardio with dynamic movements for a complete workout in 30 minutes.

RECOVERY
You work hard and deserve time to recover. Enjoy a thirty minute candlelit stretch class with the intention of recovering the week's focused muscles. Roll out your mat, slip off your shoes, take a deep breath and get ready to stretch it all out.

We take our signature concept LEKFIT BOOST and make it TEEN friendly! We welcome teens ages 12-17 to enjoy a 45 minute, musically driven, rebounder cardio + strength training workout. This class is perfect for teen athletes or those just beginning their fitness journey.

This is the place for calm, reflective and recovery focused workouts. We switch up the scenery and head outside to enjoy a fresh vibe with CHILL movement.

Meet us in the pool for LEKFIT-style water aerobics workout session. Grab your waterproof AirPods or headphones and take a dip. With WET, we’ll lead you through targeted and full-body workouts using water resistance.

LEKFIT COLLIDE brings you a reprise of DEFINE, our signature mat workout designed to rival any barre, yoga or pilates workout by combining all methods into one flawlessly structured sequence. COLLIDE merges the current week’s focus with the upcoming week’s focus to test and prepare the body. Musically driven + created to lengthen, strengthen and tone the entire body.
